Trade Terms

EXW Shenzhen, China. Prices for the products and/or Shipping cost will be set out in the Commercial Invoices/Purchase Orders. All prices or other payments stated in the Commercial Invoices/Purchase Orders is exclusive of any taxes.

The taxes and fees generated by customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer. Buyers cannot request returns and refunds due to customs duty.

Refund policy

important notice: Due to printings are customized, once we initiate the printing, we will not accept any refund or exchange requests. Please carefully examine every single word, image, layout of your cards.

Delivery time

Normally we will deliver your product within 5-15 working days after your full payment been received, customized products need to negotiate additional delivery time。

Delivery time delay due to uncontrollable factors such as logistics transportation, customs clearance and government reasons, delivery time will be delayed by about 5 days, depending on the specific situation.

Printing wastage

Wastage of custom printings normally ranges from 5-10%, refunds or compensation requests are not acceptable. To avoid this, please order the least 10% more qts you require.

Acceptance

All Commercial Invoices/Purchase Orders are deemed final. Once the commercial invoice is submitted, the buyer should confirm Commercial Invoice/Purchase Orders before payment, otherwise it will be deemed accepte
